Refund Policy
I strive to provide meaningful and transformative sessions. However, due to the nature of spiritual and intuitive services, refunds are granted under the following conditions:
- Cancellations: If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule a session once without penalty, provided you notify me at least 24 hours in advance.
- Completed Sessions: Refunds are not available once a service has been provided, as the insights and guidance cannot be undone.
- Unsatisfactory Experience: If you feel the session did not meet reasonable expectations, I encourage open communication, and we can explore a resolution (such as an alternative session or partial credit).
